Sr. Inspection Engineer :

  • Status: Full Time, Employee Reference Code: SIE

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Degree in NDE. Welding or Metallurgy.
Experience: 13 years. Level II ASNT TC 1AI in all NDE disciplines. Applicant must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Candidate must be familiar with all techniques used in the inspection and repair of refinery equipment including heat exchangers, columns, vessels, furnaces, boilers, tanks, flares and piping. Must be able to use personal computers and applicable software related to work activities and must possess API and AWS Professional Inspection Certification.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Candidate must attend morning operations meeting.
Make a regular cursory walk through of assigned plants reviewing operational and maintenance log books, checking ongoing maintenance and/or projects work and reporting daily activities to the field supervisor.
Make recommendations, as required, in operational log books and follow up with inspection worksheets for items requiring repair.
Inspect all types of refinery equipment (columns, drums, heat exchangers, furnaces, boilers, flares, tanks, and piping) and issue recommendations fro the repair of corroded or damaged components.
Candidate must keep all inspection equipment history files up-to-date. He must also keep all on-stream inspection data current.
Candidate must keep all equipment inspections current in accordance with Saudi Aramco established equipment schedules and must perform required annual external plant inspections.
Candidate must interface with maintenance engineers, operations foremen, and shop supervisors on a daily basis to ensure all required inspection work is completed per the inspector's recommendations and per Saudi Aramco and Industry standards.
Candidate must be responsible for the scheduling of all required on-stream, electrical and civil inspection activities. Candidate must also be responsible for the scheduling of any needed corrosion engineering services.

Project Manager

  • Status: Full Time, Employee Reference Code: PM

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education: B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering - fifteen years (15) years experience in heavy lifts, erection, at Refinery, Gas & Oil Separation Plants (GOSP) or Petrochemical Plants. Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Standards & Specifications preferred. Applicant must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Candidate must be familiar with all techniques used in project management. Must be able to use personal computers and applicable software related to work activities.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management Electro Mechanical Projects value over Twenty (20) Million US Dollars involving installation of fired heaters, e.g. Crude Heaters, Vacuum Heaters and Boilers. Coordinate with Multinational Design & Supply Companies.

Construction Superintendent

  • Status: Full Time, Employee Reference Code: CS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education: B.Sc. Mechanical. Engineerind, qualification and experience in other disciplines of construction will be an added advantage.-Minimum ten (10) years experience in Electromechanical Projects for Refinery, Gas & Oil Separation Plants (GOSP) or Petrochemical Plants. Specific experience with supervising Heavy Lifts (of more than 100 Tons), including preparation of Lift Plans. Experience in handling Crude Heaters and Vacuum Units is mandatory. Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Standards and specifications preferred. Applicant must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the management of construction activities on the project, including: Developing and implementing plans for construction mobilization , project staffing, equipment utilization required for timely start up and completion of the construction period. Direct supervision for the Erection of Crude Heaters, Vacuum Heaters & Boilers.

Sr. Electrical Technician :

  • Status: Full Time, Employee Reference Code: SET

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education: An Associate's degree in Industrial/ Electrical Technology from a fully accredited Technical College or a fully documented apprenticeship program would be preferred.


EXPERIENCE: The applicant shall satisfy the requirements of a fully qualified Electrical Engineer meeting the requirements laid out by the Instrument Society of America or the Institute of Measurement and Control. He shall also have applicable working knowledge of instrument and electrical installations including materials , methods , specifications, and hazardous location identification for oil and gas or petrochemical industries in accordance with the National Electric Code, NEC/NFPA 70, or equivalent standards. Computer literate, Excel, Word, Internet Research & MS Outlook., etc.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall in-charge of Electrical Division. Prepare “Electrical Installation Procedures” , plan, install & Pre-Commissioning under the supervision of International Suppliers for Substations, DCS & ESD systems. Installation of cables, junction boxes, field instruments, control panels, termination and loop checking.
